Hi, we’re Redefine Marketing Group. We were founded in 2018 by three former agency employees who had one goal: to redefine the agency model.

Meet our founders

Mauricio Moreno

Senior Strategist

Mauricio has close to 20 years of digital experience and a core foundation in the technical side of SEO. He’s led and executed strategy both in-house and on the agency side and enjoys defining successful strategies for Redefine’s clients.

Stephanie Fehrmann

Director of Content

Stephanie is an accomplished creator with nearly a decade of proven results. She was an SEO content writer before stepping up to management, and she oversees everything from the development of content strategies to content creation.

2014

Founders meet

Our founders met in 2014, where they worked closely together on the same SEO team for almost four years. Without this close-knit friendship, they never would have formed RMG.

2018

Redefine is born

In January 2018, Redefine Marketing Group was born. The founders built up their client base, hired employees, moved into an office, and hunkered down to create the agency they always dreamed of.

2022

We're growing

Since 2018, we’ve continued to grow and expand, but haven’t strayed from our mission. We hope you’ll join us as we continue to work with our clients to redefine the agency model.
